Cancellation Policy
- If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
- If an appointment is cancelled or moved with less than 24-hour notice, will be charged 50% of the service value.
- Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
- Cancellations less than 3 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the service value.
NO SHOW POLICY
Less than two-hour notice or a no-show will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service amount and will be charged to the card on file automatically.
